Heres a simple workout you can do to lift your butt and get a sexy Booty!
Focus on good form. Sit your butt back. Don't let your knee go forward past your toes. And try to do as many as you can of each exercise. If you're advanced repeat this workout at least 3more times. Do it 2-3x per week.

Hopping Squats
